If you have provided all requisite information, achieved values within expected ranges, scored sufficiently highly on the exam and completed the declaration then congratulations and welcome, your POP Scheme Membership certificate will be issued.
If for whatever reason there is something missing, or the results are not as expected, don't panic. Friendly constructive feedback is provided and you'll have another chance to provide the required information under the original application. It's not unusual for applications to highlight issues with testing, precisely why the scheme exists in the first place.
